Fargo is the most populous city in the state of North Dakota, accounting for over 15% of the state population. Explore Fargo's surroundings by going to Fort Abercrombie State Historic Site (in Abercrombie), Barnes County Historical Society (in Valley City) and Chahinkapa Zoo (in Wahpeton). Grand Forks is the third-largest city in the State of North Dakota (after Fargo and Bismarck) and is the county seat of Grand Forks County.
