— 11 nights
Minot is a city in and the county seat of Ward County, North Dakota, United States, in the state's north-central region. Discover out-of-the-way places like North Dakota State Fair Center and Des Lacs National Wildlife Refuge. Venture out of the city with trips to Prairie Village Museum (in Rugby), Bottineau (Lake Metigoshe State Park & Tommy Turtle Statue) and International Peace Garden (in Dunseith). There's still lots to do: walk around Scandinavian Heritage Park, learn about all things military at Dakota Territory Air Museum, admire the masterpieces at Taube Museum of Art, and get to know the resident critters at Roosevelt Park Zoo.
