  • This was an unexpected stop for us and I'm so glad we did stop! There were endless things to see. The buildings were fun to look in and see the history of his people use to live. Tiny houses for large families all the way to 'mansions' with many rooms and luxuries. The tractors were a hit for my son and my bigger kids loved the telephone museum. They said, "the phones really worked! You could dial the phones and actually make phone calls (to the other phones in the museum)!" We went on a week day so there was almost no one else there. Perfect! But it looked like it was set up for fun events and gatherings. Definitely recommend. Family friendly and full of fun.
  • It was very hot the day I was here so only a few animals to see. Wish there would have been more indoor areas to view the animals. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice gift shop and carousel building. This zoo specializes in cold weather animals to don't expect to see giraffes or monkeys.
